Hopewriter Publishing offers four shipping options for books in The Epic of Karolan. When you view these options while ordering our books through PayPal, they will be labeled 'Standard', 'Priority', 'Express', and 'Standard International'. The tables below give Hopewriter Publishing's shipping rates. |

PayPal does not have sufficient flexibility for us to offer reasonable automatically calculated standard shipping for orders larger than 6 books. If you want to place a larger order, either divide it into six-book parts, order it from Amazon.com (where you may get free shipping), or email Ari Heinze to arrange a special rate for your large shipment. (Email ariheinze[at]hotmail.com. The [at] in this email address should be replaced with @, as usual. It is written [at] so that spambots trolling the internet will not recognize it as an email address.) USPS Media Mail often arrives in only a few days, but takes a very low priority with the postal service, and therefore can take as long as three weeks during the Christmas rush. |

In many (but not all) cases, USPS guarantees overnight delivery for express mail. However, it is very expensive and is seldom used by Hopewriter Publishing customers. |

The Hopewriter Publishing rates given in these tables are slightly higher than typical USPS shipping rates for the different services. The difference is typically 30-70 cents in the case of Standard Shipping, and it helps to cover the cost of bubble wrap, tape, envelopes, boxes, and packing labor. For Express and International Shipping the difference is larger, to cover the additional time spent making special post office runs and filling out customs forms. |
